One of South West London’s leading logistics companies are looking for a bright, enthusiastic candidate to support the team as a Customer Service Administrator.

Salary: £18,000 – £20,000

The Role

  • Receive orders from Customers and fulfill them within specification
  • Arrange haulage or other transportation of goods to the customer ensuring that their specific instructions are met
  • Liaising and communicating with suppliers such as warehouses and hauliers to effect good working relations
  • Obtaining competitive haulage rates for internal use
  • Ordering, monitoring and declaring plastic pallets from suppliers
  • Logging and handling of all rejected goods and damaged deliveries
  • General filing and spreadsheet maintenance

Key Skills/Experience

  • Excellent organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and comfortable talking to clients and suppliers on the phone
  • Impeccable written English
  • Good level of numeracy
  • Highly computer literate and able to pick up new systems quickly
  • Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, Outlook)
