Salary: £19,000 – £21,000 + commission

Due to the ongoing growth of the business, we are recruiting to fill the roles outlined below which would suit hard-working, committed individuals who want to work in a dynamic contact centre environment within a business which acknowledges and rewards high performance in its staff and seeks to promote from within when the opportunity to do so arises. About the role:

Our Customer Service team handles a wide range of telephone and email queries and policy adjustments from our existing customer base. No two days are the same and candidates need to be flexible and have the ability to think on their feet as they strive to exceed the expectations of our customers at every touch-point.

These roles would suit individuals with some previous customer service experience, although this might have been in an unrelated industry, and some experience of handling high volumes of inbound calls would also be an advantage. These roles carry a starting basic salary of £19k per annum with a potential increase after 9 months satisfactory service to £21k per annum, subject to qualifying criteria.
