You will deliver an unrivaled customer service experience to customers through prompt, effective and professional management of orders and enquiries.

Responsibilities will include:
- Respond to incoming calls rapidly
- Make outbound calls
- General admin duties
- Update accounts immediately and accurately adhering to principles
- Resolve/ log all disputes ensuring accounts are actioned, followed up appropriately and that all relevant parties are notified of results accordingly
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Achieve and maintain all targets and objectives set
