Our client is looking to fill a key role within their growing Customer Service Department!
A busy, varied and multi-tasking role where attention to detail, a passion for providing inspiring customer service and the ability to prioritise is essential along with a positive minded can do approach.
Excellent communications skills and the ability to adapt to each situation are a must as there will be plenty of telephone work, emails and liaising with colleagues.
You will be working closely with the Customer Service Manager and Customer Service Supervisor and an experienced team so there will be plenty of on-the-job training and support provided on a daily basis, the role will be both challenging and rewarding with a varied workload.
