An exciting new forward thinking business in the Health & Fitness Sector is looking to enhance their already dynamic team with the addition of an experienced Customer Service Advisor.
You will deliver an unrivalled customer service experience to customers through prompt, effective and professional management of orders and enquiries.

Responsibilities will include:
- Respond to incoming emails rapidly
- Make outbound calls and emails as required
- General admin duties as required
- Update accounts immediately and accurately adhering to principles
- Resolve/ log all disputes ensuring accounts are actioned, followed up appropriately and that all relevant parties are notified of results accordingly
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Achieve and maintain all targets and objectives set
