Overview
Location: Teddington
Salary: £8.00 per hour
An opportunity to join an established and continually expanding client. Joining the existing Customer Service team the new recruit will intergrade into a small but busy team. The role is expansive and varied which means no two days will be the same.
Main duties will include, but are not limited too:
• Assist the field sales team to process orders
• Raise invoices and send to clients
• Update client account details
• Manage inbound phone and email enquiries
• Liaising with personal sales rep to help repeat business
• Build on existing relationships with customers
• Provide advise on technical issues
