We have an exciting new opportunity for a Customer Services Agent with a hugely successful firm who are experiencing significant growth.

Salary: £18,500 – £21,000
The Role
- Managing customer accounts to a high standard
- Cross/up-selling where possible in order to maximise revenue
- Working towards monthly sales targets (with generous commission for meeting those targets!)
- Building strong relationships with customers in order to ensure repeat business
- Preparing action plans for personal development and progression
- Answering any queries or concerns that come in via telephone or email
- Providing customers with all the relevant information
