Salary: £18500+ progression

Hours: Monday – Friday – Permanent!

Our client is a successful local company looking to recruit an enthusiastic individual with a drive to persue a career in a progressive Customer Service environment.

The role:

  • Managing incoming telephone calls to the Customer Service department
  • Offering clients advice and guidance
  • Being first point of telephone contact for customer commendations, queries and issues.
  • Record & distribute post to the relevant departments on a daily basis
  • General administration duties

The ideal candidate will have:
