Kingsgate Recruitment are currently working with a fantastic employer in the Kingston Area to recruit excellent Customer Service and Sales Representatives collection agents to join their very busy team.
The role will involve speaking to customers and to explain what the call is regarding, ultimately to obtain a sale. You will also offer general advice and support to customers.
You don’t need to have extensive experience, just a thirst for achieving targets, good negotiation skills, resilience and a real drive to provide exceptional customer service.
The role offers an excellent bonus structure that is awarded through successful calls and the delivery of fantastic customer service. When asked, the Senior Manager stated that -‘Our hardworking employees are earning above £25k p.a through achieving their bonuses’
The client offers excellent progression, many of the management team started in this position themselves!
LOCATION: The company are location in Tolworth and you must live within a 30 minute commute to be considered for this position.
SALARY: £13,000 per annum plus an Excellent commission structure!!
HOURS: 37.5hrs per week – 5 days per week (some weekend work will be necessary)
