This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual who has had experience working in an environment that has a lot of phone-based tasks, but also somebody who has been exposed to retail work.
• Dealing with customer enquires & complaints via email, phone, or written communication.
• Data inputting.
• Manage mail box.
• Dealing with queries from customers & co members regarding refunds.
• Liaising with different departments & suppliers.
• Offering outstanding customer service.
• Keeping databases up to date & providing reports.
The ideal candidate:
• Proven experience working within a similar role.
• Excellent Customer Service skills.
• Good communication skills both written & verbal.
• Ideally have experience working within a phone-based role.
• Ideally experience in retail.
• Able to take responsibility for own development.
• Work well as part of a team.
• Creative & Ambitious.
