Salary: £16,000 – £18,000 depending on experience + Bonus Opportunity

Our client is a specialist job board company, helping their targeted sector save millions of pounds on recruitment advertising.

This role is all about providing exceptional customer service. Joining our Customer Service Team, you will strive to delight customers at every opportunity, helping to ensure that their experience is a great one.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for general customer enquiries, solving needs first time whenever possible
  • Providing customers with clear, informative and relevant advice and support on all products(This will include making some low level proactive sales calls to our existing customer base)
  • Providing a highly efficient ad posting service to internal and external customers
  • Identifying and escalating Sales opportunities, observations and issues to the Account Management Team
  • Recognising and reporting any technical problems, monitoring progress and keeping all stakeholders updated
  • Helping to gauge customer satisfaction and uncover additional advertising opportunities by proactively calling customers
  • Helping to manage and maintain our customer database
