You will be the first point of contact for all enquiries from consumers. This could be enquiries about returns, advice on training plans, recipes, nutritional information and handling some complaints.
You will be responsible for responding to social media forums including Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
You will be effectively managing and resolving all customer correspondence/issues by phone, email and social media. You will ensure that all issues are resolved during first contact.
• Ideally a Graduate (or equivalent)
• First Class Customer Service Skills
• Experience handling customer service queries
• Confident working across Social Media Channels
• Flexible in approach to work and hours
