Overview
Salary: Starting salary will be £15,000 + bonus OTE is up to £22,000 per annum.
Location: Weybridge
Hours: Full Time
Monday – Friday between 08:00 – 09:00pm (3 late shifts per week)
Saturdays: 2 per month (Time and a half)
Our client is looking for a Customer Service Representative agent to join their successful team and to be responsible for a range of duties related to the administration of their products. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing organisation. You will receive full training for the role.
Job Requirements
- To deal with incoming calls in a prompt, professional and compliant manner
- To make outbound customer service calls
- From time-to-time, carry out any other work necessary to ensure that the office and administration function effectively
- Dealing with customer requests
- Dealing with customer requests, by telephone or in writing,
Candidate Requirements
- No unspent convictions or any bad credit or CCJ’s
- No previous experience needed

- Good written and spoken English
- A structured and organised approach to working
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
