Salary: £20,000 to £22,000

The Role:

The purpose of this role is to provide excellent customer service to a growing customer base of new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Provide daily operational customer support with regards to all elements of the customer experience
  • Be the first point of contact for all customer enquiries.
  • Deal with all customer queries with regards to all products and services.
  • Managing and processing customers claims and ensure that customers are dealt with in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure that the service provider is up-to-date with any changes in products and services and run training sessions as appropriate.

The Person:

  • You will be an enthusiastic graduate
  • Be an articulate communicator both verbal and written
  • Confident, able to think fast and good at problem solving
  • The ability to multi-task and have excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent computer skills. Excel skills would be desirable.
