A well-renowned company in Croydon are looking for a dedicated Customer Service professional to join as a team leader and supervise a team of 5 Customer Service Agents.
- Main Goal is to ensure all customers are dealt with in a professional, efficient and profitable manner.
- Supervise contact management
- Supervise order processing
- Training requirements for Staff – highlight and bring to MD’s attention
- Assist wherever you are required, keeping an eye & an ear open for colleagues needing assistance
- Cover for MD when out of office. Deal with any issues/requirements – constant communication with MD so as issues are worked through.
- Deal with all emails, customer requests.
- Make regular contact with ‘High Priority’ Customers – have a separate log for yourself to ensure you speak to them at least every couple of weeks.
- Assist New System Data Entry and Online Ordering System
- Manage Top 60 Accounts to ensure no gaps.
- Carry out 1 Travel Path per Day, to ensure the co-ordination of People, Products & Equipment to achieve a smooth business operation.
- Instigate Promotions, Mailshots and Dead Stock operations as and when required.
- Learn more from MD regarding Company Management, producing results and figures to give yourself a greater understanding of the business.
- Carry out Appraisals every quarter based on the Job Specifications with MD initially.
