An excellent opportunity has arisen for an organised and professional Customer Service Team Leader to manage a customer service team and lead by example. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service management experience whilst ensuring a high quality of service in delivering a highly time sensitive product.
The Role
Reporting to the directors you will lead a team of customer service agents in the customer service department. You will be responsible for ensuring the customer’s expectations of a high service level are met at all times.
- Ensure product arrives on time, all of the time
- Daily communication with clients
- Manage and motivate a team
- Team training and development
- Accurate upkeep of records
- Develop communication channels with relevant internal departments
- Working with stakeholders to resolve recurring problems
