Salary: £20,000 – £25,000

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an organised and professional Customer Service Team Leader to manage a customer service team and lead by example. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service management experience whilst ensuring a high quality of service in delivering a highly time sensitive product.

The Role

Reporting to the directors you will lead a team of customer service agents in the customer service department. You will be responsible for ensuring the customer’s expectations of a high service level are met at all times.

  • Ensure product arrives on time, all of the time
  • Daily communication with clients
  • Manage and motivate a team
  • Team training and development
  • Accurate upkeep of records
  • Develop communication channels with relevant internal departments
  • Working with stakeholders to resolve recurring problems
