Salary: Starting salary will be £15,000 + bonus OTE is up to £22,000 per annum.

Hours: Full Time

Monday – Friday between 08:00 – 09:00pm (3 late shifts per week)

Saturdays: 2 per month (Time and a half)

Our client is looking for a Customer Service Representative agent to join their successful team and to be responsible for a range of duties related to the administration of their products. Job Requirements

  • To deal with incoming calls in a prompt, professional and compliant manner
  • To make outbound customer service calls
  • From time-to-time, carry out any other work necessary to ensure that the office and administration function effectively
  • Dealing with customer requests
  • Dealing with customer requests, by telephone or in writing,

Candidate Requirements

  • No unspent convictions or any bad credit or CCJ’s
  • No previous experience needed

  • Good written and spoken English
