A rapidly-growing software company based in modern offices in North London are looking for a graduate with exceptional communication skills for a varied Customer Service and Marketing role.

Salary: £20,000 – £24,000

Your Responsibilities

  • Complete initial training to become familiar with the industry and the product
  • Contribute to the company’s social media presence by editing and writing relevant content
  • Help to support our new business sales team with marketing initiatives
  • Once the sale has been made, liaise with customers to ensure the software is implemented smoothly
  • Coordinate user training and technical support for customers
  • Carry out sales administration tasks
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for the sales team

Our Requirements

  • Computer, internet and IT literacy with the ability to learn new technology quickly
  • Ability to write compelling marketing texts, posts and comments in English
  • Experience of using common social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter etc.
  • Customer focussed with strong verbal communication skills
  • Enjoy working in teams
  • Attention to detail and results focused
  • Ideally a graduate from a good university
