Location: Wimbledon
Salary: up to £18,000 per annum
Our client is an international leader in their field with a global presence. They are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Data Entry and Administrative Assistant to join their thriving and motivated staff team!
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Dealing with electronically returned documentation, details of returned documents to be inputted into CRM after checking they are acceptable
- Scanning of documents
- General office administration
- Analysis of data and full administration
- Transferring calls and data to other members of staff as required
- Some telephone work required in outbound calls to customers where there is missing documentation
Required Skills include:
- Able to communicate effectively both verbally and orally with others with a commitment for excellent customer service delivery, treating all customers with dignity, sensitivity and respect
- Ability to take ownership for the resolution of customer issues
- Able to utilise IT systems to deliver services
- Ability to follow defined administrative processes, ensuring adherence to specified service levels
- Able to work flexibly and demonstrate time management skills to meet demands of the service including last minute work and urgent work
- Able to work with others and independently to deliver services with minimal supervision
- Confident telephone manner
- Experience and confidence in using ICT regularly in previous roles to frequently input data and/or retrieve information
- Accurate keyboard and data inputting
- The ability to accurately input
- Aptitude for change and flexibility of approach/ ability to multi-task
