Salary: Up to £38,000 p/a

Our client is a forward thinking agency, who are well established with some exceptional clients and an excellent reputation in the digital world. They are successful due to their excellent teams of staff and looking to further grow their numbers with the addition of an experienced Digital Account Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • To develop and maintain mutually rewarding client relationships to assist future business development
  • Develop well written considered briefs for the internal design and search teams as well as accurate requirement captures for the production team and brief projects into production clearly and succinctly
  • Present briefs for sign off to the client and internal teams (Strategy, Production, Search and Support)
  • Take responsibility and ownership for allocated projects in terms of budget allocation, quality and delivery
  • Manage project plans/ timelines
  • Be pro-active to client needs
  • Maintain account documentation in a coherent and structured manner on the internal network
  • Successful processing of client requirements through internal systems
  • Monitor progress of activity and make recommendations for modifications where appropriate including providing updates to Client Services Director
  • Monitor competitor activity and report to client and Client Services Director
  • Assist with forecasting and financial management of the account to ensure all client activity is invoiced in a timely manner
  • Possible management and development of Account Executive/Intern resource
