A prestigious company based in beautiful offices in Mayfair are looking for an Executive Assistant/Office Manager to join and provide administrative support to the Director.
- Financial administration (accounting, invoices etc.)
- Diary and inbox management
- Booking meetings and appointments
- Some travel and accommodation booking may be required
- Liaising with clients where necessary
- Dealing with suppliers and maintaining office supplies
Required Skills & Experience
- Audio typing is an essential part of the role
- Some experience with financial administration
- Clear and professional telephone manner
- A proactive attitude towards work and the ability to take the initiative
- A friendly and approachable working manner
