A large global pharmaceutical company based in Hammersmith are looking for someone to provide adminisitrative support to the Director and other senior members of the team. This will be a temporary position to begin with, progressing onto a permanent contract for the right position.

Salary: £15/hour (temp), £30,000 – £32,000 (perm)

The Role

  • Providing administrative support to the Managing Director, UK, and Senior Management Team
  • Also providing administrative support to the Wider Management team as and when required
  • Being the first point of contact for external queries
  • Ensuring the smooth running of the office including coordination of meeting room bookings, refreshments, transport and travel requests, stationery etc.

Key Skills/Experience

  • Excellent IT skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Exceptional administrative skills with high levels of attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to professionally represent the CEO
  • Ability to organise and prioritise workload to successfully and effectively meet deadlines
  • Has a proactive and ‘can do’ attitude and possesses the tenacity to effectively support the team
  • Flexible, adaptable and a good team player with excellent people skills
  • Confident in dealing with people at all levels of seniority
  • Excellent listening and questioning skills to ensure external stakeholders/visitors are dealt with appropriately
  • Highly organized with good multi-tasking skills in order
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Tact, judgment and discretion in handling internal and external contacts and communications
