A hugely successful asset management company based in a stylish Mayfair office are looking for an Executive Assistant from an FCA-regulated background to provide support to the Director.

Salary: circa £50,000

Principal Duties

  • Greeting clients and setting up all IT and tea etc. for all main meetings in the boardroom
  • Diary and Meetings Management and support
  • Office equipment, suppliers and IT Management
  • Setting up Investment Committees for the year for all funds. Minute Taking at Investment Committees and Risk Meetings, and preparing meeting packs.
  • Helping with Marketing initiatives
  • Dealing with Office Insurances
  • Ensuring staff HR benefits & records are up to date
  • Liaising with the Accounts department and Compliance
  • Define and maintain office Systems/procedures
  • Stationery and Branded materials stock upkeep
  • Website updates and liaising with our website designers
  • Organise staff outings
  • Organise and monitor staff training
  • Other ad hoc tasks

  • Genuine interest in finance
