A rapidly-growing company based in Maidenhead are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to their CEO.

Salary: circa £35,000

The Role

  • Admin support to CEO including:
    • Pro-active diary management,
    • travel booking,
    • expenses
  • Scheduling and coordination of meetings/conferences on and offsite, including logistics such as travel, catering, agendas, packs/presentations and conference call set up
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating staff events
  • Attending meetings with the CEO, taking notes and issuing minutes promptly
  • Pro-actively following up with the CEO and senior management, ensuring allocated tasks outputted from meetings are completed
  • Producing various reports and documents to collate business information
  • Preparing Board Packs, liaising with board members and shareholders
  • Acting as first point of contact for visitors to the office and handling incoming office correspondence
  • Liaising with business guests
  • Organise and book travel for other employees, working within our travel policy and identifying and solving travel issues
  • Take ownership of internal processes to ensure an efficient administration set up for filing and sharing of company documents
  • Additional project work to assist as required

Key Skills/Experience

  • Significant Executive Assistant or PA support experience in a start-up/high growth business
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills with the ability to actively listen and communicate at all levels
  • Excellent customer service skills – able to build rapport and effectively manage relationships
  • Proven success in creating processes
  • Ability to plan, time manage effectively and meet deadlines – great multi-tasker
  • A great understanding of the sales environment pressures enabling prioritisation of tasks
  • Team player – highly motivated with great attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
  • Intermediate level MS Office – especially Word and Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to remain calm & work on your own initiative
  • A high level of integrity and confidentiality
