Overview

A globally-recognised electronics brand are looking for an exceptional graduate with outstanding communication skills to join their Kingston office as a Field Support Coordinator.

Salary: £20,000 – £25,000

The Role

  • Deliver excellent customer enquiry handling, through proactive communication, thorough understanding, basic diagnosis, and provision of accurate information
  • Operate business processes including, but not limited to; SAP, CRM, Experlogix, Databases, Reporting
  • Facilitate inbound and outbound logistics including, but not limited to; import, export, outsourced warehouse operations, UK transportation, inventory
  • Escalate issues arising from processes failure, customer complaints, field team feedback and logistics

Key Skills/Experience

  • Degree from a good university (2:1 or above)
  • Ideally 1 year’s office experience
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to work with and achieve targets
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office at intermediate level
  • Drive and initiative to achieve objectives
  • Enthusiastic with a willingness to learn
