We are currently looking for German speaking Customer Service Advisors to join a well-established company on a temporary basis. You must be fluent in German (both spoken and written) in order to be considered for this role.
To be considered for these role you must:
- Have confident communication/interpersonal skills and a clear and professional telephone manner when dealing with customers.
- Be fluent in written and spoken English and German. You will be dealing with German customers so you must be confident when speaking over the phone.
- Have the ability to think independently and find solutions to resolve all queries and complaints that come in via telephone and email.
- Be immediately available with no pre-booked holiday for one month.
- Have good previous experience within a customer-focused role, ideally in an office environment.
- Effectively managing and resolving all customer correspondence/issues by phone and email in a timely and efficient manner.
- Working to agreed service levels and targets whilst ensuring service to customers is second to none at all times.
- Ensuring all issues and complaints are resolved during first contact.
- Managing and updating internal customer databases and sensitive information.
- Ad hoc duties.
