Our client is a boutique recruitment agency with offices in the heart of the City of London, operating five separate divisions:
• Artificial Intelligence (AI)
• Fintech
• International Banking & Finance
• Quantitative Trading
• Technology

They are looking for Graduate Recruiters to join their busy team

Salary: £21,000 plus bonus

The Role:

You will begin your career learning about the sector through delivering on specific research projects. If successful through the initial training period, you will go on to become a consultant, working directly with clients and candidates, making placements worldwide with some of the leading names in the industry. Applicants must be highly organised, focused and driven with a strong ability to communicate effectively and work within a team. We are an entrepreneurial and dynamic consultancy and operate in an incredibly fast-paced environment, providing the right atmosphere for the motivated individual to thrive and succeed. The role will include:
• Candidate Management including identifying, approaching, interview organisation and closing;
• Relationship building with clients and candidates;
• Conducting market research and preparing reports;
• Preparing company presentations;
• Managing specific projects and candidate pipelines;
• Maintaining company database;
• Diary and Travel Management;
• Additional ad hoc administrative tasks.

The Person

• Minimum 2:1 degree (or equivalent) from a top University;
• At least some experience in a sales role, ideally B2B telesales;
• Strong Emotional Intelligence;
• Effective communication skills;
• Attention to detail;
• Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines;
• Ability to deal with individuals from different backgrounds;
• Excellent team player;
• Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team;
• Language skills desirable but not essential;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
