A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a successful company on their award-winning graduate recruitment scheme.
As a resourcer, it will be your job to support the principal recruitment consultant with certain tasks. This will include interviewing, candidate management, database maintenance and ensuring quality assurance compliance.
Typical duties
- Source and select candidates
- Network and advertise to potential candidates
- Identify skills to match appropriately with vacancies
- Negotiate contracts and new starter packs
- Deal with general queries relating to contracts, pay, logistics etc.
As a Resourcer on our Graduate Scheme your basic salary would be up to £21,000
Expect to earn an extra £10,000 in commission.
Requirements/Characteristics
- A recent graduate ( Eqv )
- Good communication skills
- The ability to gain people’s confidence and put them at ease
