A rapidly-growing company based in Guildford are looking for a bright graduate with a genuine drive to succeed within sales to join their award-winning graduate scheme.

Salary: £21,000 basic, £40,000 OTE

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of business development
  • Develop new prospects for our products
  • Meet with clients face to face
  • Manage existing customers
  • Build strong relationships with all customers
  • Meet and exceed targets
  • Opening and developing new accounts and new business
  • Predominately working from warm leads

Requirements

  • A graduate with a 2:1 from a good university
  • Ideally professional experience in a similar position
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Highly customer-focused and dedicated to delivering excellent levels of service
  • Passion for sales and drive to succeed within a target-oriented environment
  • Confident approach
