We have a great opportunity for someone to join a Boutique executive search firm as their Head of Marketing!

Salary: £42,000 to £47,000

The Role

Reporting to the Managing Partner and working closely with the Partners, the purpose of the role is to:

  • Develop the business’s brand in the broadest sense
  • Develop and run the Marketing, PR and Communications plans
  • Support the consultants with event planning
  • Develop strong relationships working closely with, and supporting, the marketing plans of internal stakeholders
  • Lead the marketing planning and budgeting process
  • Manage the PR agency to ensure that the annual plan is delivered on time and within budget
  • Ensure marketing systems (including CRM) and resources are developed, maintained and improved
  • Using analysis techniques and company data, identify BD opportunities covering existing and potential new clients
  • Build a network of external contacts, particularly potential partnerships

The Person

  • At least 3 years’ experience in a similar Marketing position
  • Experience developing and running Marketing, PR and Communication plans
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to meet deadlines on time
  • Able to develop and maintain strong relationships
  • Experience using marketing systems including CRM
  • Experience working in recruitment is ideal but not essential
