We have a great opportunity for someone to join a Boutique executive search firm as their Head of Marketing!
Salary: £42,000 to £47,000
The Role
Reporting to the Managing Partner and working closely with the Partners, the purpose of the role is to:
- Develop the business’s brand in the broadest sense
- Develop and run the Marketing, PR and Communications plans
- Support the consultants with event planning
- Develop strong relationships working closely with, and supporting, the marketing plans of internal stakeholders
- Lead the marketing planning and budgeting process
- Manage the PR agency to ensure that the annual plan is delivered on time and within budget
- Ensure marketing systems (including CRM) and resources are developed, maintained and improved
- Using analysis techniques and company data, identify BD opportunities covering existing and potential new clients
- Build a network of external contacts, particularly potential partnerships
The Person
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar Marketing position
- Experience developing and running Marketing, PR and Communication plans
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised with the ability to meet deadlines on time
- Able to develop and maintain strong relationships
- Experience using marketing systems including CRM
- Experience working in recruitment is ideal but not essential
