We are looking for an experienced ICT support assistant who has worked in 2nd/3rd line support. You will be the main point of contact and knowledge, for the implementation, development and maintenance of SharePoint and Office 365. Your Organisational skills and methodical troubleshooting are essential attributes. The role requires interaction with key stakeholders at all levels as well as with external clients. It is important that the candidate can communicate clearly and professionally as well as being able to work effectively in a dynamic and often pressured environment.
