Salary: £23k basic + £5k performance related bonus

The Role:

Our client is looking for a driven and ambitious Inside Sales Rep to join their growing enterprise sales team and support the early-stage pipeline development of their sales function. The role will report into the Head of Sales & Marketing, and will be fast-paced, entrepreneurial and dynamic, involving:

  • Working with the BDMs in your designated territory to support strategic account planning activity
  • Researching new accounts, building and maintaining Salesforce contact database to target specific job roles/buyer personas
  • Researching the industry to understand the relevant issues and challenges that are influencing technology investments and decision making
  • Social listening to identify key conversational opportunities happening on LinkedIn, Twitter, FB
  • Contacting prospects (calls/email/social) and booking qualified appointments for the BDMs

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent higher education
  • Confident and enthusiastic
  • Articulate – strong written and oral communication skills
  • Good analytical skills and/or research methods
  • A digital native – savvy with technology and social media
  • Any relevant sector experience is a welcome bonus
