Salary: £23k basic + £5k performance related bonus
The Role:
Our client is looking for a driven and ambitious Inside Sales Rep to join their growing enterprise sales team and support the early-stage pipeline development of their sales function. The role will report into the Head of Sales & Marketing, and will be fast-paced, entrepreneurial and dynamic, involving:
- Working with the BDMs in your designated territory to support strategic account planning activity
- Researching new accounts, building and maintaining Salesforce contact database to target specific job roles/buyer personas
- Researching the industry to understand the relevant issues and challenges that are influencing technology investments and decision making
- Social listening to identify key conversational opportunities happening on LinkedIn, Twitter, FB
- Contacting prospects (calls/email/social) and booking qualified appointments for the BDMs

- Educated to degree level or equivalent higher education
- Confident and enthusiastic
- Articulate – strong written and oral communication skills
- Good analytical skills and/or research methods
- A digital native – savvy with technology and social media
- Any relevant sector experience is a welcome bonus
