Our client is recognised as one of the UK’s market leaders for commercial furniture, with a young friendly team based at their head office & showroom in South East London. With good transport links & onsite parking.
They specialise in supplying contemporary furniture globally to the leisure market and work with some of worlds the biggest brands in particular restaurants, hotels, airports, cruise liners & nightclubs.  They are now looking to appoint an International Contract Sales Manager to join their growing team.

Salary: Basic £40,000 – £45,000 (OTE £70,000 – £75,000)

The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated, organised and ambitious individual to manage some of their top accounts and sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment directly with the senior account manager and be part of the growing team

Candidates must be well presented, have a good attitude, excellent people skills, numeracy & IT skills, attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

You must have experience of developing sales and contacts with either architects, interior designers, hospitality, hotels, high end residential or cruise line industry.

  • Ambitious & target driven
  • Excellent track record of individual and team sales with the ability to unite a team under a shared vision and know what motivates each member.
  • Analytical skills with CRM experience to use data-driven reports to spur sales coaching sessions and empower reps to take ownership of their opportunity pipelines.
  • Understanding pricing, margins, and discounting impacts.
  • The ability to prioritize and effectively manage time
  • Excellent communication skills – spoken & written
  • Highly organised with good attention to detail
  • Proficient Numeracy & IT skills with Advanced MS Office Suite – Word, Excel & Outlook
  • Experience in commercial furniture, interior design or similar industry is essential.
  • Clean driving licence, preferable but not essential
