Candidate Profile
- 3-4 years of IT sales experience
- Understand and relay complex technology concepts
- Ability to perform account mapping
- Professional, able to communicate with senior level IT professionals
- Good telephone manner
The agent(s) will be responsible for
- Following up inbound leads and qualifying to a point of appointment
- Account mapping large enterprise accounts
- Contacting businesses through internal CRM system to generate outbound leads appointments
- Using wider channels such as LinkedIn and Jigsaw to find new contacts within enterprise accounts
- Typing up leads in a timely manner
