Salary: £28,000

Hours: 09:00am – 5:30pm (Monday – Friday)

Location: Richmond

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced ICT support assistant who has worked in 2nd or 3rd line support. You will be the main point of contact and knowledge, for the implementation, development and maintenance of SharePoint and Office 365. Please be aware this is an 18 month contract.

The chosen candidate must be:

  • Experienced in working in a multi-sited company
  • Experience in High Volume and pressured environments
  • Have experience in a similar position
  • Possess an excellent knowledge of SharePoint 2013, SharePoint and Office 365 including Administration and Support
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Understanding to providing high quality services and customer care
  • Ability to work productively within a team environment
