Location: Kingston upon Thames
Salary: £12.00 per hour
You will provide first and second line support to approximately 50 users – PC, Mac and Telephony. You will also maintain all Mac and PC Servers and services. This will include moving desktop machines between offices, providing user support, creating and maintaining maintenance schedules, liaising with suppliers and monitoring servers and supplementary systems. You will also be responsible for the administration of the internal Font Server including providing and managing access, complying with end user licence agreements and database upkeep.
This is more than just a call logger role and you will be able to demonstrate diagnostic and fault finding skills.
You will need to be competent with Windows Services and Windows Desktop environments.
