Overview
A successful commercial cleaning business based in Oxford Street are looking for someone with strong organisational and communication skills to join as a Junior Contract Manager.
Salary: circa £20,000
The Role
- Conduct site visits during cleaning shift and liaise with supervisors and cleaners
- Conduct monthly cleaning review meetings with clients
- Provide quotes and specifications for additional cleaning
- Liaise with clients regarding cleaning issues, requests and changes to cleaning specifications
- Support and plan new Client Mobilisation
- Liaise with supervisors and cleaners to action requests and rectify issues
- Assist in the completion of bids, tenders, pre-qualifications and quotes for new business
- Compile reports for clients based on monthly meeting findings
- Answer the telephone and redirect calls where necessary
- Arrange cover cleaning staff in the case of staff absence
- Liaising with Accounts Department and Clients regarding discrepancies and queries
