A successful commercial cleaning business based in Oxford Street are looking for someone with strong organisational and communication skills to join as a Junior Contract Manager.

Salary: circa £20,000

The Role

  • Conduct site visits during cleaning shift and liaise with supervisors and cleaners
  • Conduct monthly cleaning review meetings with clients
  • Provide quotes and specifications for additional cleaning
  • Liaise with clients regarding cleaning issues, requests and changes to cleaning specifications
  • Support and plan new Client Mobilisation
  • Liaise with supervisors and cleaners to action requests and rectify issues
  • Assist in the completion of bids, tenders, pre-qualifications and quotes for new business
  • Compile reports for clients based on monthly meeting findings
  • Answer the telephone and redirect calls where necessary
  • Arrange cover cleaning staff in the case of staff absence
  • Liaising with Accounts Department and Clients regarding discrepancies and queries
