Overview
A growing e-commerce company based in Richmond are looking for someone with a strong understanding of web analytics to join them as a Junior E-Commerce Performance Analyst.
Salary: £20,000 – £25,000
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between Customer Service and Web Dev, pro-actively resolving any single order processing issues
- Act as liaison with the company’s 3rd party fulfilment partners
- Working closely with the Finance department to resolve any single order reconciliation issues
- Maintain and update the online marketing plan for the website
- Assisting with the email Marketing programme to the customer base
- Monitor key performance indicators on the website and develop plans to improve them
- Create and produce daily, weekly and monthly reporting on key web metrics
Ideal Skills/Experience
- Min of 2 years’ experience of working on a consumer-facing e-commerce environment
- Experience of e-commerce platforms, preferably Magento
- Highly numerate with strong analytical skills
- Advanced Excel skills/knowledge of Google Docs
- Excellent time management skills
- Good communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Process-orientated
- Self-motivated, tenacious and hard working
