A hugley successful consultancy are looking to enhance their dynamic team with the addition of an entry level Accounts Assistant to provide administrative and general support to the Accounts Department. This is a varied position with lots of progression available to the right candidate.
- Dealing with customer and supplier accounts queries and responding to accounts emails
- Processing sales and purchase invoices and ensuring invoices correspond to orders
- Ordering and maintaining office and stationery supplies
- Amending sales and purchase orders for teams
- Organising deliveries
- Ad-hoc administrative duties
