One of South West London’s leading PR agencies are looking for someone with outstanding written skills to join the team as a Junior Account Executive.

Salary: £18,000 – £20,000

The Role

  • Copy drafting – mainly news material
  • Undertaking media follow up for specific client news stories and development of media relationships
  • Handling incoming media enquiries for clients
  • Identifying media opportunities for clients
  • Research for client activities – generally desk-based
  • Contributing ideas for client PR Plans
  • Attending client meetings
  • Drafting reports for clients – meeting actions, monthly activity summaries
  • Contributing to social media content for clients

Key Skills/Experience

  • Ideally a graduate from a good university
  • 6 months-1 year marketing/PR experience would be highly advantageous
  • A team player – but can work in their own initiative
  • ‘Can do’ attitude
  • Great at developing media relationships
  • Strong copywriting skills
