Overview

A successful recruitment company based in Kingston are looking for someone to assist the recruitment consultants with various administrative duties on a temp to perm basis.

Salary: £8-10/hour (temp), £18,000 – £20,000 (perm)

Duties

  • Answering phones, acting as the first point of contact between candidates/clients and the business
  • Formatting CVs
  • Database and system administration
  • Data entry
  • Speaking to new candidates and assisting the senior members of the team with resourcing
  • General administration

The Ideal Candidate

  • Ideally a graduate
  • Quick learner
  • Good organisational skills
  • Previous administrative experience in an office environment
