Overview
We are looking for a highly-organised Administrative Assistant to join a successful solicitors’ firm based in Mayfair.
Salary: £20,000 – £25,000
The Role
- Organise and maintain effective filing systems
- Complete printing and photocopying tasks
- Answer incoming phone calls and take messages
- Assist the paralegals and other fee earners with various tasks
- Arrange files to be opened and closed
- Archive files and maintain the database
- Deal with routine administration
- Effectively use the case management system
- Liaise with clients
- Take and collect the post and DX
- Organise couriers
- Help with reception duties, including support for meetings
Key Skills/Experience
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Good attention to detail
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and team working skills
- An excellent command of English, both written and spoken
Experience within the legal sector preferred but not required
