Overview

Our client is looking or a Let Property Account Manager to join their busy Commercial Team.

Salary: £18,000 to £20,000 OTE £30,000

Dealing with existing clients on all incoming and outgoing telephone calls.
Handling of adjustments / claims applicable to the relevant policy
Deal with incoming post and emails
Liaising with insurance companies when applicable.
Invite & chase Renewals
Deal with incoming calls for prospective new business enquiries and providing quotations. This could also include any cross selling for other business.
Daily diary – follow up and action as necessary
