A well-established Estate Agent based in Clapham Junction are looking for an ambitious, target-oriented person to join as a Junior Lettings Negotiator.

Salary: £17,500 basic, £30,000 OTE

The Role

  • Liaising with clients and applicants
  • Booking in viewings and showing applicants round properties
  • Speaking with landlords and clients to bring on new properties
  • Working towards revenue targets
  • Working to find suitable properties for applicants
  • Earning commission on successful deals

Specifications

  • No previous property or sales experience is necessary
  • Must be a driver (company car is provided)
  • Good education (ideally to degree level but A Levels would be sufficient)
  • Hungry, money-motivated attitude
  • The drive to work in a target-oriented environment
  • Must live locally to Clapham Junction
