Location: Kingston Upon Thames
Salary: £12,000 – £14,000 basic +10% commission

As a Lettings Negotiator, your job will involve:
Calling applicants
Arranging viewings
Speaking to Landlords
Admin associated with lettings ie references etc
Negotiating offers with Landlords and Tenants
The ideal candidate will:
Be hard working and self-motivated
Have experience in a target-oriented role
Have a confident and friendly manner with good customer service skills
Be computer literate
Have good time keeping
This position would suit someone living local to the Kingston area.
