Overview

Our client, an award winning innovative brand is looking to enhance their successful team with the addition of a Machine Co-ordinator. Their current Warehouse staff have a 99.6% accuracy and it is imperative that you are consistently working at this level to be successful within this organistion!

This role is Permanent and paying up to £16,000 p/a.

You must have excellent I.T Skills (incl. excel) as well as your Forklift Licence. If you have experience with Bendi Forks this would be an advantage but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Health & Safety

  • To follow Health and Safety procedures ensuring safety for yourself and your colleagues
  • To pay close attention to current work procedures for yourself and colleagues

Incoming Goods & Parts

  • Ensure quality control and correct booking of incoming goods
  • Ensure that goods are unloaded and stored in their respective areas
  • Assist with stocking, picking, distribution and stock taking

Deliveries/Equipment

  • Ensure that all deliveries are picked and palleted making sure they are correctly labelled.
  • Assisting in the daily picking of the next day deliveries, loading on to vehicles
  • Loading equipment and parts and preparing all documentation for the Controller
  • Ensuring all equipment is correctly packaged
  • Combining orders for the best possible logistics solution

General

  • Achieve levels of flexibility to enable the individual to cover all aspects of warehousing such as returns, repacking, inputting, picking/packing and goods in & out.
  • Carry out cleaning tasks in the warehouse area on a daily basis
  • Assist in weekly and monthly stock checks by hand in the warehouse
