An innovative software company based in Camberley are looking for someone with a strong mix of marketing and administrative skills to join their team. This is a perfect position for a graduate with limited experience looking to build a career in marketing.

Salary: £18,000 – £20,000

The Role

  • Managing customers and prospect relationships, local marketing activities and sales/marketing related administration
  • Dealing with phone calls and enquiries to the local office
  • Proof reading project documentation and assisting in it layout and design
  • Liaising with UK accounts to ensure timely presentation of invoices and payment collections
  • Document and administer in line with business systems and process
  • Understanding, in reasonable depth, the products the company uses to promote its business to its customers
  • Assist in the development and management of customer relationships, assist in prospecting for new business, processing and chasing orders
  • Creation and liaison for presentations of our business, solutions, software and communicating our value propositions
  • Management and participation of trade shows and exhibitions in the region
  • Develop the interface between end users, channel partners and our delivery teams in the region
  • Entering accurate data and keeping our CRM system up to date.

Key Skills/Experience

  • Technical competence in IT systems, especially in Adobe Creative Suite, SalesForce and Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to communicate at a senior level
  • Work as part of a team to leverage successful outcomes for our customers and our organisation
  • A strong interest in technology and marketing
  • Copy writing skills, preferably within corporate PR
  • High level of personal motivation
  • Highly creative in presentation within business opportunities
  • Ability to travel and work away from the office when required (within reason)
