One of London’s leading creative agencies are looking for someone with 1-2 years’ marketing experience and a strong mix of online and offline to join their growing team.
Salary: £20,000 – £25,000
The Role
- Develop a marketing strategy for the business to support media sales and corporate brand development
- Assess the marketing opportunities available to implement the strategy, and design creative and effective marketing campaigns using an appropriate marketing mix
- Develop a fully-costed marketing plan and manage all activity within agreed budgets
- Manage relationships with all suppliers including designers, developers and printers
- Develop a suite of marketing collateral (PowerPoint presentations/templates, email/newsletter templates, brochures)
- Update and review the company website on an ongoing basis
- Ensure the website and social media are performing effectively in terms of positioning of Redbus Media and sales lead generation
- Develop and manage a CRM database
- Continuous review of marketing strategy effectiveness
- Accurate reporting of all marketing activity to management
- Plan and manage all external events including exhibitions and client entertainment events.
Key Skills/Experience
- 1-2 years’ experience in a marketing role
- Experience of B2B marketing
- Broad knowledge of online and offline direct and indirect marketing, including social media and email marketing
- Highly motivated with a successful track record of defining and justifying marketing strategy
- An analytical mind-set
- Strong presentation skills
- Excellent copy writing skills
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
