One of London’s leading creative agencies are looking for someone with 1-2 years’ marketing experience and a strong mix of online and offline to join their growing team.

Salary: £20,000 – £25,000

The Role

  • Develop a marketing strategy for the business to support media sales and corporate brand development
  • Assess the marketing opportunities available to implement the strategy, and design creative and effective marketing campaigns using an appropriate marketing mix
  • Develop a fully-costed marketing plan and manage all activity within agreed budgets
  • Manage relationships with all suppliers including designers, developers and printers
  • Develop a suite of marketing collateral (PowerPoint presentations/templates, email/newsletter templates, brochures)
  • Update and review the company website on an ongoing basis
  • Ensure the website and social media are performing effectively in terms of positioning of Redbus Media and sales lead generation
  • Develop and manage a CRM database
  • Continuous review of marketing strategy effectiveness
  • Accurate reporting of all marketing activity to management
  • Plan and manage all external events including exhibitions and client entertainment events.

Key Skills/Experience

  • 1-2 years’ experience in a marketing role
  • Experience of B2B marketing
  • Broad knowledge of online and offline direct and indirect marketing, including social media and email marketing
  • Highly motivated with a successful track record of defining and justifying marketing strategy
  • An analytical mind-set
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Excellent copy writing skills
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
