A rapidly-growing company based in Brixton are looking for a talented, dynamic marketing professional to develop and implement marketing strategy across all key online and offline channels.

Salary: circa £22,000

The Role

  • Develop and implement B2B and B2C marketing plans
  • Tracking and identifying the success rate of marketing activities
  • Working with internal staff to develop and deliver marketing materials, including website updates, newsletters and case studies
  • Advertising vacancies and opportunities and keeping them current
  • Sending out mail shots
  • Writing blogs
  • Promoting events, helping set them up and ensuring their success (open days for learners and employers)
  • Developing online forms
  • Written communication in support of marketing activities (letters, reports, surveys)
  • Developing electronic and paper based marketing
  • Leading a small internal team to develop outreach and marketing procedures
  • Meeting with our clients to identify their needs, promote our services and products and evaluate the best way to market to them
  • Undertaking research to help identify markets, clients and business

Key Skills/Experience

  • Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channels function
  • Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices
  • Hands on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Basic understanding of Google Analytics and Google AdWords
  • Good understanding of online marketing including applications such as E-mail marketing, Google Analytics, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube
  • Strong communication skills – confidently be able to liaise with potential clients
  • Strong presentation skills – ability to present and attend company events/exhibitions
