A successful recruitment company based in Liverpool Street are looking for someone with a strong grounding in digital marketing to join as a Marketing & Recruitment Assistant.

Salary: up to £24,000

The Role

  • Organising market research
  • Communicating with providers
  • Assisting with the company events including organisation, feedback and certificates
  • Writing online content for the website and social media
  • Helping to increase social media traffic
  • Data management of provider funds, including the company’s funds
  • Working with our external marketing agency
  • Communicating with management over marketing materials, campaigns and more
  • Assisting with the recruitment of new advisory staff from enquiry generation through to offer
  • Management of the recruitment database
  • Collating data and issuing regular reporting to senior management
  • Assisting in the management of recruitment campaigns
  • Contact and generation of recruitment leads

Key Skills/Experience

  • Graduate, preferably with a good standard Marketing-related degree
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced marketing environment
  • Financial services experience
  • Practical experience of web and social media based marketing
  • Telesales or previous telephone servicing
  • Good organisation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communications
  • Strong team player
  • Attention to fine detail
